Happy birthday, Gracie!!

It's so hard to believe, but Gracie turned TEN years old yesterday!  I still remember how tiny she was when we brought her home; she looked more like a little fluffy gerbil than a dog!

She spent her birthday (presumably) doing her favorite activity of napping all day since we weren't home, followed by some apples and peanut butter for her special birthday dessert (after we sang "Happy birthday", of course!)

Unfortunately, her 10th birthday ended as if it were more like her 21st birthday; she didn't know her limits with her intake of apples and peanut butter and promptly threw it all up...poor girl!  She spent the remainder of the night snuggling and recovering from the incident.

 Happy birthday, Gracie Lou....let's try to keep ourselves in check today with the food consumption, shall we? :)
