The first thing we did was hop in line to see Santa...priorities peeps, mama needed a cute picture!
Liam was a bit hesitant and kept asking to get out of line...but to be honest, I'm not sure if it was actually him being nervous to meet Santa, or more because there was so much other stuff going on all around us that he wanted to get to the fun. Either way, it wasn't an issue once I plopped him on Santa's lap...he literally did not stop talking. And if he took a breath and poor Jake tried to jump in, Liam would just attempt to talk over top of him. I finally had to step up and ask Liam to give Jake a turn, and he did listen...but boy was he excited to chat up the man in the big red suit!
Next up, time to climb aboard the Santa Express train! The kids got a huge kick out of this, ringing their bells during the ride:

Next we moved onto the bouncy house area, and then onto the games....
There was other stuff, too, like a hot chocolate bar, cookie table, balloon animals (which sadly, we didn't have time to do), a dance area, and even Anna and Elsa meet and greet.
2nd weekend of December: success!!!
